Stamp it, sign it, file it — without leaving your desk.
Most e-sign tools stop at the signature and leave stamp duty to you — a trip to a vendor, a different portal, another day lost. Docsliy runs Aadhaar eSign, e-Stamping and AI contract review in a single flow.
Draft
AI writes the agreement from a plain-language brief, on your clause library.
~8 secondse-Stamp
Stamp duty calculated for the state of execution and paid electronically.
No stamp vendorAadhaar eSign
Signer authenticates with an Aadhaar OTP through a licensed Certifying Authority.
OTP or biometricFiled
Stamped, signed and archived with an audit trail admissible under the Evidence Act.
Same dayBuilt for legal and deal teams across India
No stamp vendor run, no courier, no waiting on a DSC token.
Less outside counsel on routine vendor and employment paperwork.
Duty computed against the schedule of the state of execution.
From opening the link to a signed, stamped, filed copy.
The signature was never the slow part.
Three things stall an Indian agreement long after both sides have agreed on the terms.
The stamp paper errand
Someone has to physically source stamp paper of the right denomination, in the right state, before anyone can sign. That's a day gone on admin.
e-Stamping issues it digitally, in the flowStamp duty differs by state
Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi and Gujarat each set their own duty for the same instrument — and under-stamping makes a document inadmissible until it's paid up with penalty.
Duty computed per state scheduleChasing DSC tokens
Half your counterparties don't own a Digital Signature Certificate, and the ones who do can't find the USB token when it matters.
Aadhaar OTP needs no hardwareEnd-to-end legal operations, not just e-signature.
Signing is where most tools stop. Contracts, disputes, trademarks and legal spend all run on the same platform — so nothing lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates.

No token, no software, no account. Docsliy routes the signature through a Certifying Authority licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, so it carries the weight of a handwritten signature under the Second Schedule of the IT Act, 2000.
- OTP or biometric: the signer authenticates against their Aadhaar-linked mobile number, or a fingerprint/iris capture where the deal warrants it.
- No Aadhaar? Use a DSC: Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates are supported for MCA, GST and tender filings that specifically require one.
- Evidence-ready trail: timestamp, IP, device and authentication method are retained, supporting the presumptions in Sections 85B and 65B of the Evidence Act.

Stamp duty, handled before the signature.
Docsliy calculates duty against the stamp act of the state where the instrument is executed, pays it electronically through SHCIL and authorized collection centres, and attaches the certificate to the document.
States supported for electronic stamping
Duty is set by each state's stamp act and by instrument type. Docsliy applies the applicable schedule at execution — it doesn't guess a flat rate.
What still can't be signed electronically in India
Schedule I of the IT Act excludes negotiable instruments other than cheques, powers-of-attorney, trust deeds, wills and other testamentary dispositions, and contracts for the sale or conveyance of immovable property. Docsliy flags these before you send rather than after.
Two ways to sign, both recognised in law.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 recognises two signing techniques. Docsliy applies whichever the transaction calls for — you don't have to work out which.
Aadhaar eSign
Online authentication through a licensed Certifying Authority, using an Aadhaar OTP or biometric.
- Signs in minutes, nothing to install
- Legal weight of a handwritten signature under Schedule II
- Best for vendor, employment, NDA and lease agreements
Digital Signature Certificate
A PKI certificate issued on secure hardware by a licensed Certifying Authority.
- Required for MCA, GST, income-tax and tender filings
- Key pair held on a token, not in the browser
- Class 3 certificates supported end to end
Aadhaar proves identity. Docsliy Verify proves everything else.
Aadhaar e-KYC settles who the signer is under Indian law. Docsliy Verify adds what Aadhaar was never built for — document forgery checks, liveness and global watchlist screening — for high-value deals and overseas counterparties.

01
Aadhaar e-KYC (e-Aadhaar)
OTP or biometric authentication through a UIDAI-linked Certifying Authority, carrying the legal weight of a handwritten signature under Schedule II of the IT Act, 2000.
-
02
Document & liveness check
PAN, passport or driving licence captured and checked for tampering, plus a biometric liveness capture — for counterparties without Aadhaar, or deals that warrant a second layer.
-
03
Watchlist & KYC screening
Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening runs in the background, with the result attached to the signature record.
Verification results are attached to the signature's audit trail — so if a signature is ever challenged, the proof of who signed is already on file.

Fits the stack your team already runs on
Legal teams that stopped chasing stamp paper.
What changed for Indian teams once stamping and signing ran in one place.
"Stamp duty used to be the step that broke our timeline — a separate vendor, a separate day. e-Stamping and Aadhaar eSign in one flow took our vendor agreements from a week to the same afternoon."
"Half our suppliers are MSMEs with no DSC token. Aadhaar OTP meant they could sign from the shop floor — our onboarding stopped stalling on paperwork."
"We execute across four states and each one stamps differently. Having the duty computed per state, at execution, removed an entire category of mistakes."
